The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff, from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff were all amazing, super kind, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and safe. The check-in is fast and comfortable, the information at the check in is given very professionally by amazing reception staff. The hotel is located just next to many stores, restaurants, wellness resorts and pools and surrounded by nature. The hotel offers many indoor and outdoor activities and they are also pet friendly. The rooms are super clean, housekeeping staff is also very quiet in the mornings, the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The buffet is huge, always full, clean, the food is wonderful, the staff at the breakfast is super kind and attentive. We felt taken care of at all times. They offer whatever one’s heart can desire and more. The restaurant offers amazing mini versions of their local foods in the form of Tapas, which I think was really incredible since we got to try many dishes in one go. All of the ingredients are extremely fresh and locally produced. Honestly, we were above happy and already made a new reservation to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you dear Team Jufa Badradkesburg, everyone id extremely lovely, cannot wait to be back!

The staff is great. We got great welcome. There was a handwritten card in our room. Our room was absolutely clean. Bathroom has very good lighting. The brekfast was super.

The room was spacious and comfy, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly. The paid parking is right across the street from the hotel and it is very secure.

had a really nice stay in Schladming. Great and courteous staff, modern facilities (would never have believed that the hotel is almost 11 years old) and most of all our dog loved it. It's not always easy to please our Austin. Thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality!
