Located in Arcadia in the Magnetic Island region, with Geoffrey Bay Beach and Alma Bay Beach nearby, Dandaloo Gardens provides accommodation with free private parking. Lovely property, had everything you needed and a short walk to the beach, would visit again for sure 😊

Situated in Nelly Bay, just 50 metres from the beach, Island Leisure Resort offers self-contained bungalows with a flat-screen TV. The property also features a swimming pool and tennis court. Great location near the beach, walking tracks and bus stop. Facilities were clean and staff were very helpful! A little noisy at night with other guests coming and going, but overall I would highly recommend this place.

Just 200 metres from Picnic Bay Beach, Tropical Palms Inn offers air-conditioned rooms with a kitchenette and a private balcony or courtyard. After a week of running around sightseeing here and there, I arrived on Magnetic Island hoping most of all for rest and relaxation, and Tropical Palms was absolutely perfect for that! Rob welcomed me warmly in spite of my failure to properly communicate a late arrival, and gave lots of tips on where to go for walks to spot wildlife. My room was comfortable and clean, and overall the place was really lovely, laid-back and peaceful. I was glad I'd picked the location by Picnic Bay, which is probably the most quiet part of the island. There's nevertheless a nice selection of restaurants nearby, and a nice beach, and koalas live right next doors! Loved it!

The home was nothing short of perfect. Designed beautifully with the most amazing outdoor entertainment and pool area. Multiple outdoor seating areas, bar fridge, outdoor TV, heaps of pool toys, mini golf putting, playground area for kids, and outdoor shower - perfect!! Inside, there wasn't a single thing we needed that the house didn't have. An abundance of plates/cups/cutlery/glasses/stubby holders/tea towels/garbage bags...you name it, it was there. The beds were super comfortable and all rooms had air conditioning. The upstairs area was kitted out to sleep up to 6 kids with the coolest kids zone, equipped with PS4, games, books and toys. The house was spotlessly clean and presented like a show home. It's set slightly of the beaten track meaning no noisy backpackers or traffic noise. You could technically walk to Horseshoe Bay as it's about 30 min walk, but easier by car. To top the experience off, there was a sleepy, dozy Koala living in the tree across from the house - how good!! Can't fault anything about this property and can't wait to come back.

Bus stop right out the front to go anywhere around the island. The view was awesome as straight across from the beach and the area very quiet. The unit was very clean and bed and linen wonderful. Everything is available in the large kitchen and plenty of fridge/freezer room. Large main bathroom, too and nice ensuite in main bedroom. Pool area large and covered for shade in sections. Plenty of areas for relaxing. 👍

Everything we needed was there, fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, board games and activities for the kids, full laundry, all the things from home that sometimes lack on holiday. All there ready for us. And such a big room for the whole family

The location was perfectly placed on the Island and was comfortable and charming. Our host Philip was a delight to meet and an impeccable host and was incredibly helpful in giving us tips on things to do both before and during our visit and great insights about the island to ensure that we got the most out of our visit including stunning hikes, great snorkeling and close up encounters with Koala's and Rock Wallabies. We enjoyed meeting other travelers over breakfast and Philip made us all feel right at home. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future and already miss stay there.
