First impressions count and the presentation of Villa Boscardi, especially the room was spectacular! The staff are wonderful, super friendly and extremely attentive to the guests needs. The lovely owner, Miss Francoise joins the guests for breakfast everyday which is just amazing. A 1 minute walk to the foreshore and a lovely restaurant. Other retail & restaurants are only a short walk away. There is parking, a plunge pool, washing machine and dryer. I loved this Villa and could have stayed forever, I felt so at home. I wish to highly recommend Villa Boscardi!

Colinda Cabanas - Enjoy true Caribbean BEACHFRONT on Caye Caulker

Our charming Island property features 14 Rooms, Suites and Cabanas at a range of price points to suit different preferences, from breezy garden cabanas to spacious Beachfront Suites - and we pride ourselves on our outstanding guests services! The cabins are SOOOO cute and I got the room right at the first row. It might have been a late cancellation so I got it at a really good price, making is super value for money. The cabin is pretty large and spacious, very properly equipped with kitchen equipment. Also clothes hanging area outside the room. Two aircon in living room and room, but really one is enough. They let me drop off my bags when I arrived early, and help put the bags in the room while I was out. Checkout is a little early at 10am (seems common for the beach area though), although they let me stretched it to 1030am. They also provide bicycles which makes going to other parts of the island super easy! Lovely spot to watch sunrise right outside the cabins too.

The beach-front X’tan Ha-The Waterfront features a large garden, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, a tropical-style lounge and wooden décor. It is located 12 km from San Pedro town centre.

The villas offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, seating area, flat-screen cable TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. The balcony has views of the pool and the Caribbean Sea, while the bathrooms include free toiletries. Beautiful grounds, and we appreciated the perfect distance from town!

Activities such as biking and kayaking can be arranged on site. A tennis and basketball courts, ping pong table, board games and children playground are also featured. Golf Cart rentals are available on site. Incredible experience from the point of booking even to checking out. I loved the communication via whatsapp, staff were on hand 24/7 for anything we needed and were so responsive. The rooms were beautifully kept and cleaned and gorgeous views from the resort. Much quieter than the sister resort next door.
