Dit moderne hotel met gele balkons ligt op een centrale locatie, tegenover het treinstation Interlaken-West met verbindingen naar het skigebied Jungfrau. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!
