It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — peaceful, relaxing, and immersed in nature. Breakfasts deserve a special mention. They are not only delicious but also very generous in size — honestly, I could easily split them into two meals. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, which made mornings an absolute pleasure. The staff is another highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met was polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. And I have to give a HUGE thank you to Winnie. She was our hero during the entire trip — patiently answering all our endless questions, helping us plan routes, and even staying available 24/7 when we needed advice. She even provided us with beautifully designed maps that were so clear and detailed, other travelers asked us where we had gotten them. With Winnie’s support, we never felt lost or uncomfortable for even a moment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. After a long day of exploring, it was a joy to return to such a calm and well-kept space. I also appreciated the little touches — from thoughtful amenities to the warm hospitality that made the hotel feel more personal than many larger, chain properties. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, stunning surroundings, and true relaxation, this hotel is the perfect choice. I left with only the best impressions and would love to come back again.

Everything. Most importantly it was clean and tidy, and walking distance from the Gate to the Park. Nice pool outside area, good kitchen and great breakfast.

The property is around 21 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 2.1 km from Baofeng Lake and 3.1 km from Suoxiyu. The hotel has a hot tub, a kids' club and free WiFi. The kindness of the staffs, especially Ms. Yaya and Ms. Xiao Yang as they helped me to order the online foods few times and the food was delicious and cheap. Also the shuttle to the national park. For guests with children, 一树一花客栈眷恋店 offers an indoor play area, outdoor play equipment and babysitting service. Guests at the accommodation can enjoy billiards on-site, or go hiking or walking tours in the surroundings. We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast simple and Chinese. The Buttering service provided at Dream at Feng Huang make all the differences. Let them know your needs and your arrival and they can wait at the service road to pick you up and carry your bags, as locating the property for foreigners can be challenging. Mr. Liu provides excellent guide and insight of Feng Huang sights and attractions. Exquisite Dinner available and is recommended. Suggest contacting the property to arrange personal pickup at the Train Station and the extra is only a token to remove the hassle to get to property and back to station.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our lunch at the hotel and the meals were very sumptuous. The hotel staff right from the reception through to the dinning went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a change of itinerary which the hotel helped us to actualize. Everything about this hotel will always bring us memories of boundless happiness. If my family and I are to travel to Changsha again, this shall be our hotel of choice
