The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. VERY accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I dont believe ewe had better pancakes or scrambled eggs anywhere else! The location…you cant get better then this (well, without a view that is). It's right by the main square, but still quiet without the busy noise! Oh, and yes, there is still a bit of a view from the front terrace. We also appreciated the bottled water and coffee available everyday near the front desk (though the coffee usually was missing). Excellent value here.

The staff was exceptional, especially Leider. He was very helpful, informative and engaging. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I’m unsure if the setting in which Casamalva is located out beats the hotel, or if viceversa. This hotel is delicately designed, it sits on the top of a mountain surrounded by only natural beauty. The decoration, the amenities and staff just make you want to stay there for ever.

El hotel es precioso, lleno de vegetación y decorado con un gusto exquisito. La habitación y el baño impecables, lleno de detalles personalizados. La cena del restaurant riquísima y excelente precio. Todo el personal atento y muy amable. A cinco minutos del aeropuerto. Muy recomendado. Ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión y visitar el eje cafetero.

Lots of space for kids and parents to explore and enjoy nature. The staff is really nice and always ready to help. Luz, the cook/caretaker, does a fabulous job with meals.

Too bad that we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight. We would have loved to try the delicious breakfast that was recommended in other reviews :)
