This is 100% owned by locals who put their heart and soul into it. Definitely would recommend.

The staff is amazing, kind, attentive, super friendly, and eager to make sure you have an unforgettable experience. The food at Taru restaurant is marvelous, the wine cellar has an amazing wine selection, and the sommelier takes the time to show you all the options you have. The room had a work area, which was perfect since I had a couple of meetings. The internet never failed. The coffee in the room was perfect, making you feel so comfortable that you don't have to leave. The entire place is designed for you to enjoy, relax, and be worry-free. They pick you up and bring you back from your private suite to the restaurant, pool, or just because...... They genuinely care about you so that, as a guest, you don’t have to worry about anything except relaxing and having a great time.

Very close to the beach, walking distance. We were traveling with our 9 month baby, and we felt really happy staying there. Kris and Paulita helped us a lot with information and everything we needed. Don’t think it twice! Go for it! This is, by far, the best place I stayed in Costa Rica. Magical. We will never forget our stay there. At first we were afraid it was going to be uncomfortable because of the baby and the space. But all the other way round. Yo don’t want to leave the place, having breakfast, lunch or dinner in the caravan is an attraction itself. 🙏🙏

Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.
