Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The love for detail and special attention to guests are exceptional. Unfortunately we didn't try the breakfast, but it looked as a piece of kulinaly art. Location is also great.

The sheets were spotless and there was air conditioning in the big room and one of the children's rooms. It never felt too hot even in the middle of a heat wave in that part of Germany. The breakfast was good, too. Also the hotel is very centrally located in the old town and all places of interest are within a short walking distance. Parking is a 5 minutes walk away just outside the old city walls. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. A special thanks to the friendly host of the hotel as well!

Located in the centre of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Nächtigen an der Stadtmauer provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. The property features garden and city views. The property is situated in the Rothenburg Old Town district. The house is built on the wall, and it's the most authentic place one can live in. Fully renovated, but the part of the wall kept as is, so you feel like you touch the history. Lovely kitchen, close to the old part (you are practically in it) and to the parking. Easy self check in. Host is helpful and super nice. Everything was perfect.
