We appreciated the secure place to store our bikes in the garage, as well as the boot rack in the basement to dry out our cycling bags/equipment from riding in the rain. The bread service in the morning and the eggs for purchase made for an easy quick breakfast in our apartment. The room was so clean, comfortable and homey. No detail overlooked! It is also very quiet and we slept great! Also, within easy walking distance of a good restaurant for dinner. The friendly host met us upon arrival and provided lots helpful information.

Berggasthof Obere Firstalm is located in Schliersee. It is set in the heart of the Spitzingsee hiking area, 300 metres from a ski area. Such great experience we’ve had at this hotel: from the start of our journey, hotel service and surrounding around the alps. Definitely will come back.

Featuring balconies overlooking the Bavarian Alps, this charming guest house offers a private apartments as well as a large garden and free Wi-Fi. We enjoyed the most beautiful stay at Kaisers Landhaus. Set in Neuhaus just a few blocks from the train station, it was really quiet and peaceful. Very clean, spacious room and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Nice kitchen to cook a small meal if you want. We arrived late at night and the owner Sylvie offered to pick us up at the station, which was appreciated. Highly recommended!

Located in Schliersee at the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, Hotel Hubertus Schliersee offers a sauna for an extra charge. WiFi is available throughout the property. Martin the owner is just a rockstar. So helpful. So engaging. The place is so well care for and it’s obvious his priority is to provide a great place to stay with great food.

We were very pleased with our stay, the house is relaxing and the hosts are considerate, equipping and decorating the house well. Self check in, with a beer, coffee and bottled water supplied for us. A well equipped kitchen, spare device cables, an iPad and chargers to borrow, a nice garden deck and balcony to relax on, with friendly local pet cats that like to wander though the garden. Can load and unload in front of the house, with the car park 1 minute walk away, which is free to use with the supplied visitor card. The only improvement would be to provide laundry facilities. We would be happy to visit again!
