The manager was always there whenever we needed help or advices concerning Georgia and its incredible wines. The music played in the common area was very good too. I'm telling you, everything was perfect! I recommend 1000%

This is the amazing hotel, very good location, near the cable road, very comfortable room, so nice lady in reception. I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is simply perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very cozy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality – it really felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi, and I’ll surely come back on my next trip. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We arranged a tour with them as well and you can pay either cash or card. We had a nice breakfast too. If we will come back in the future we will definitely stay here again.
