The room was superb and good for family. My kids enjoy staying in Panbil.All the necessities and facilities are good.This is my 3rd time staying.Security was tight and good.Keep up the good work Panbil staff and Management..Five stars ....

Indonesia is a special place with the kindest people on earth. Harmoni One's staff are so fun, the bellman meeting you with a smile and opening the lobby doors with perfect timing, the wonderful front desk staff smiling and knowledgeable, the restaurant staff smiling attentive to every detail. The hotel is magnificent with giant rooftop pool with hot tub and kiddy pool, the gym ready for an excellent workout and then hop in the pool, the kind smiling pool staff providing soft fluffy towels. Variety of dining options within the resort. Chinese restaurant was excellent, terrace cafe had good options as well. Swimming pool was cozy. Shuttle service was excellent and Driver Abang Suyono was super understanding and helpful with our large group of kids. Holiday Inn Batam is a very family-friendly place and we enjoyed it a lot.

The staff are friendly, good customer service! The size of family room is good. Surprise performance by staff during breakfast time was pleasant. The pool is big and fun for the kids and family. Table tennis is fun but need to change the rackets.
