The staff are AMAZING. I got sick during our jungle trek and had to get out through a fairly dodgy route and the staff all came together to help me get out. The hotel booked me a different hotel as the jungle guide was booked for the night I was on a trek and brought me tea and medication to help. The next day, they transferred me back to the hotel. All of the employees are absolutely lovely and make the stay well worth it!

It wasn't busy at all as I was travelling in the low season, but it's very comfortable, with nice shower and Aircon, free coffee, well behaved and friendly local staff, and a very funny, generous and accomodating owner, Philip. I think the project and developmwnt of the place is excellent and I really enjoyed my time there.

Rambai Tree Jungle Lodges - Family Friendly se encuentra en Bukit Lawang y dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Thia , quien lleva el alojamiento, es súper amable y siempre atenta a cualquier requerimiento. Contratamos con ellos dos tour y sobre todo el trekking para ver orangutanes fue fantástico, todo muy bien organizado. El alojamiento súper limpio y acogedor.

Asim Paris Guesthouse & jungle trekking tiene jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante en Bukit Lawang. Este alojamiento, que tiene servicio de conserjería, también ofrece barbacoa. It's in an excellent location right on the river in the quiet spot of bukit lawang but still only a short walk from where all the action is and if you don't wish to walk there is a taxi service very close by which will get you into town. The rooms are very nice and the food choices are good and there is soft drinks and beers available for those that wish. Also the garden area is very beautiful with a lot of wildflowers and butterflies flying around so it's a pleasure even just to sit on your balcony and enjoy the view

Orangutan Treks Villa & Eco-Friendly Jungle Trekking Activities tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Timbanglawang. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar, jardín y terraza. We spent 3 nights in the Villa. We were extremely well received by the manager "Dady Cool" and his team. Everyone is kind, friendly and caring!!! They are available at any time of day to help you with anything! We also went for a jungle trekking that was just amazing ! I totally recommend booking activities with them ! For the villa, you'll find everything you need in your room (and if something missing, they will do their best to help) On top of that, the breakfast and the whole dining menu are really delicious. Don't hesitate to eat there, you won't regret it Thanks again to all the team for the amazing moments we spent there !

Sumatra Orangutan Discovery Villa tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Bukit Lawang. Hay wifi gratis y servicio de habitaciones. El sitio es increíble, con un jardín precioso. La habitación enorme y lo mejor de todo, la enorme terraza con hamaca incluida con vistas al jardín. Además nos facilitaron el trecking a la selva, que hicimos con Radja y Riski, dos chicos verdaderamente majisimos. Fueron todo facilidades y el desayuno (no incluido ) era buenísimo.

Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang está en Bukit Lawang y ofrece alojamiento con zona de estar. Hay wifi gratis y se ofrece parking privado por un suplemento. It is such a lovely place , so close to the river , with a nice restaurant in the front , and close to everything. We spend perfect 3 days there , visiting both the orang utangs & the batcave (highly recommend !!!) Also the room was super clean , comfy bed , aircon worked . Nothing to complain ! Thanks again!

Garden Inn se encuentra en Bukit Lawang y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. En el lodge se puede disfrutar de un desayuno continental. Garden Inn exceeded our expectations. We are travelling the world for 3 months and Garden Inn has felt more like home than any other accomodation on our whole trip. The staff go above and beyond, tending to your every need and desire. The hotel provides comfort, the rooms and beds are big, it's curated, so you feel jungle like with rocks and wood inside. Breakfast was amazing!!! Included every day and if we wanted something else they would say sure no problem! We did day trips every day, including orangutan treks where the orangutans were so close yet still wild. Very special! Adi our personal guide took us to all excursions and was exceptional about telling us the story of the village, the rainforest, sustainability efforts, he felt like the village elder and was great speaking English! Thank you Adi!!! Mawan, Rudi and Findo also were the most amazing guides, playing with our 4 and 6 year old boys!!! And making every excursion fun!!! Thank you garden Inn for your hospitality!!!

Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Bukit Lawang. Ofrece bar y zona de barbacoa. The staff were amazing, the location was good. The food was fantastic. Can highly recommend Sumatra cheeky monkeys

On The Rocks Bungalows, Restaurant and Jungle Trekking Tours está en Bukit Lawang y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. We were treated like family at on the rocks, wawan and his team were so helpful and friendly that we instantly felt at home. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We did multiple treks with Wong and he was wonderful, so much information to share but also never even felt like he was a guide. Treks can be suited for your fitness level but you are almost guaranteed to see orangutans no matter where you go. The restaurant was also delicious.
