The location is very quiet compared to the rest of Venice. It felt more authentic and genuinely local. There were many nice spots to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to Venice.

Excellent hotel, very helpful personnel, great breakfast and overall this place is majestic. Location is close to nice walking distance to S.Marco square. Room was warm, clean, no mold.

Really liked this cosy hotel. Room was very clean, staff seemed to be friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. Location might be a bit far from the centre, but I truly believe, that during high season it might be considered as a strong plus. Please be aware, some ferries change the route during the foggy days. Otherwise I had a really pleasant experience in this hotel :)
