Kaala Kalaththewa Luxury Eco Resort se encuentra en Anuradhapura, a 6 km de Attikulama Tank, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. It was exceptional. The staff was professional and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The whole resort was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. It's located in a small forest with butterflies, pheasants, a variety of wild birds and cute chickens. You can take a walk, play badminton, go to the nearby lake or visit the temples in anuradhapura or mihintale - it's very close. The hosts can arrange tours as well - we went to Anuradhapura with a guide and it was very fun and a fair price. Also the food: try the Sri Lankan breakfast it's delicious! We loved the tree house - it was so relaxing when it was rainy. They even offered room service. :) long story short - a must stay. Ps: please note that there is nature around. It's a tree house in a jungle-like forest. There are occasionally frogs and other visitors on your terrace. We loved it though.

Las habitaciones son enormes, nuevas y con un porche a un jardín, el trato fue encantador, la comida muy rica y la ayuda al organizar el safari fueron de 10, volvería sin lugar a duda.

Gabaa Resort & Spa - Habarana se encuentra en Habarana, a 11 km de Pidurangala Rock, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Las casitas muy únicas, modernas, espaciosas, limpias y con muchos detalles. El personal muy amable. El restaurante sobresalta y por buen precios, así no hace falta que no sea nada cerca. Buena ubicación entre las parques nacionales, Sigiriya y Dambulla además organizan buenas excursiones. Te dan la bienvenida con una flor y una bebida.

Life of Leisure Wilpattu se encuentra en Pahala Maragahawewa, a 33 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank y a 34 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. The room is brand new (opened 1 February 2025), the airco is working very well, the patio with the seating area is very nice. Manju and his wife are excellent cooks. We got probably the best rice and curry we've had on the island 😋 The safari was very well organised with a chauffeur and an English guide (ask for it, with extra fee, but totally worth it!). The guide taught us everything we wanted to know about the flora and fauna of the Wilpattu National Park and also some history of Sri Lanka. And breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided by Manju and his family, so - again - delicious! We've had some problems with the wifi and the swimming pool (misunderstanding) that were taking care off by the manager who lives in Colombo. We asked so he explained that every money that is made is put back into the community. Manju and his family benefit, but the rest of the community does as well. They provide clean drinking water, books and supplies for the local school. And the safaris are arranged by 3 local families. They don't advertise with that, but if the pictures don't win you over, this story definitely must! We highly recommend staying here!!

Wilpattu Wildhideaway se encuentra en Galkadawala, a 34 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank y a 35 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. I stayed at this accommodation for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The owner is very nice and gave me a lot of support in planning the journey to and from the hotel. He also planned the safari for me. This was a great experience as the guide had a lot of knowledge. Another highlight was the dinner. The room was perfectly fine for the two nights. The room was very clean. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Taru Villas Maia - Habarana dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante en Habarana. Firstly, this is a gorgeous property, very private with beautiful layout, interior design and architecture. But what really makes this property stand out above the rest is the staff. Every single one of them were so welcoming, always with smiles and no ask was ever too much. By the end of 3 days, it felt like home and the staff like family. Special recognition to Dining Manager Dipal, who we shared many conversations with and often think of with fond memories. We stayed half board and I would without doubt recommend this option. The dinners are 5 course curated fine dining, and honestly every single meal we had, was outstanding! Breakfast and afternoon teas were the same in taste quality and definitely my favourite food experience throughout our two weeks in Sri Lanka.

Oleena Home Stay tiene vistas al jardín y está en Habarana. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, cafetería, jardín y terraza. El alojamiento de Jeewa y Masha fue de los mejores que estuvimos en Sri Lanka. Está en una parte muy tranquila de Habarana, rodeado de naturaleza. La habitación es amplia y está limpia, con terraza para tomar el fresco y un porche muy agradable para los desayunos y las cenas. Jeewa era super antento y nos ayudó a contratar un safari y otros traslados. Habarana fue una base ideal para ver Pidurangala, Sigiriya, Polonaruwa, etc. Sin duda, lo recomendamos!!

Arachchi Heritage es un alojamiento con una ubicación excelente en el centro de Anuradhapura que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis, parking privado gratis y servicio de... Hidden gem in Anuradhapura. Would love to come back. The architecture of the place and the rooms are excellent.

FOREST VIEW HOME STAY está en Anuradhapura y ofrece vistas al jardín, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. We had such a peaceful and beautiful stay at this home stay. Highly recommend stopping in here on your visit to Anuradhapura. The hosts were super welcoming and helpful, made us feel like part of the family. Very clean and tidy spaces. The home cooked dinner and breakfast was DELICIOUS and can highly recommend the tuk tuk adventure to see Mihintele at sunset 🏔️🙂
