The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon departure, we forgot a pair of shoes in the room by accident: the reaction of the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was no problem to arrive once again and take them. To sum up, we really recommend the hotel. We liked it so much that we came back here once again a few days later.

One morning, the bakery failed to deliver breakfast bread and pastries. The front desk sent me a message that breakfast might be a little late. She then literally ran to another bakery and solved the problem. She was so apologetic that she was not there for a few minutes after we came down for breakfast. My wife and I were actually very impressed with her amazing customer service.
