The location was perfect and so were the mountain views from our rooms! Hospitality was excellent, the receptionists came with their car to escort us to the hotel and back outside near the police station. Both chefs/waiters assisted us by allowing us to use their mobile phones since we did not have any SIM cards to make calls. At dinner, we were given complimentary dessert and even complimentary delicious ice cream whilst waiting for our taxi.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly - we were able to communicate in our former common language :) Make sure to visit Tetovo & Šar planina!
