Easy communication with the host. Nice, spacious and clean accommodation, perfect for our family with 3 kids. The beds and linnen were really comfy. The pool for the children to take a swim.

Love how cozy the place is. The space is definitely a plus. Great for family with little kids. Baby chair & baby tub was provided.

The bed was very comfortable, air conditioner functioning well, interior was nicely done even for a budget hotel. I especially love the digital 'Do Not Disturb' indicator outside the door. No more messy paper signage! Water pressure was good. We booked a room with 1 Queen 1 Single bed for a family of 2 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. Wish there were more options for larger rooms (at least a King or 2 Queen beds). Overall, we had a surprisingly pleasant stay☺️

Strategic location has always been our number 1 priority as we're travelling with 6 kids. As Melia is opposite berjaya times square and the famous pavilion is just walking distance behind our hotel, which is why we always chosed melia. But i hope they upgrade their service, probably with in-room dining service, newer baby cots, extra stocks of baby toys upon request. When you offer family room, you also have to think on how to entice parents with little childrens.
