We spent my birthday there and it was the perfect place to celebrate it! The staff were lovely and helpful, the pool was amazing, food was tasty and the room was great. Air con was a welcome addition.

The guest house features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The location was great as it was near restaurants and central of the island. The owner was amazing and super friendly. She made you feel like home and also organized everything for you that you needed for a fair price. She also gave you fresh towels and bed linens after two days which was nice. The bed was comfortable and had a mosquito net which was nice. The shower was cold but had good water pressure. It was a very nice place.

Casa Papaki is situated in Mérida and offers a garden and a shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 4.7 km from Maderas Volcano. Free private parking is available and the homestay also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Very friendly and welcoming couple. They own a pretty place, well decorated, with a nice touch. They connect you with the right people to rent a motor or to do some horseriding. We had a lovely time there. Oh and Teresa is and amazing cook!

At Casitas Pacific, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and serves international cuisine. I had a wonderful stay at Casitas Pacific. It has a perfect location right on the beach and a very beautiful restaurant. The staff is very nice and Josh, the owner of this place, is very hospitable and makes you feel welcomed and at home. Unfortunately I had only one night before going home to enjoy the ocean but if I ever come back to Nicaragua I will definitely stay at this hotel again. 100% recommended!

With lake views, Finca Mystica is situated in Ometepe and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. One of the most magical places I’ve been to. The road to there is bumby, meaning that it’s literally in the middle of nowhere/nature. I personally loved that. We drove there by pick up and already the way up there felt like an adventure itself. Once arrived, we saw the magical lights everywhere. The owners really wanna make it a special place, welcome you warmly, have the best food I’ve had in Nicaragua. Whatever you order, it’s amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, big, beautifully decorated and I slept like a baby. The whole area is family-/kid-friendly, nice to calm down, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Absolutely perfect.

The accommodation features evening entertainment and a concierge service. We loved our stay at Villa Francia! This place is absolutely amazing! <3 The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean and the view from our room was beautiful. The food is also incredibly good, one highlight was the fantastic breakfast with fresh fruits, juice, home made crepes, croissants and so much more. Everyone was so warm, incredibly welcoming, and helpful - we cannot recommend this place enough and would love to come back soon! :)

The recently renovated Horizonte Nica Guest House is situated in San Juan del Sur, near San Juan del Sur Beach and Christ of the Mercy Nicaragua. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I received a warm welcome from a very nice lady and two cute kids. The room was just what I needed, a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, and a strong fan at a fantastic price! I slept like a baby. Horizonte is on an alley street very close to the beach, and all bars and restaurants, so it was the perfect location - on a quiet street, but close to all of the action. The whole family was very warm and engaging. I will stay again.
