The style and comfort were tantamount to a 5 diamond hotel. The owners were absolutely amazing. I can not stress how important they made each and every guest feel, like you were not just a guest but part of their extended community.

Enjoyed the location, just outside of Bocas Town Centre, peaceful quite and a superb view over the water, a place to watch the water taxis going about there business. The owner David was the perfect host, so helpful with advise on Bocas where to eat and which people to contact to organize Island trips.

This was the most perfect hotel I’ve ever stayed at- it was like he stayed in each suite to make sure everything was comfortable. Benoit was an amazing host. He was very calm and created a relaxing environment. The decor was gorgeous and tastefully executed. Food was fantastic which was prepared by him and his wife - they make a great duo. Benoit offers all the services and tours you need, without being pushy. This place could not be any cleaner - 10s all around!

Mosana Reef Garden B&B is set in Bluff Beach, 5 km from Bocas Town and 26 km from Buena Vista. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Great accommodation between sea and jungle, away from the city hustle. The only sound you hear are the sea waves and birds. The room was spacious and comfortable, the patio with kitchen was a huge plus, especially during rainy days. We loved that they changed our bed sheets every 2 days, which nowadays doesn't happen even in 4 or 5-star hotels. Nadia and Salvatore go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They gave us a lot of tips for our tours and ways to explore the island. I can definitely recommend this place and would book it again!

The rustic and ecological Tesoro Escondido Ecolodge Cabinas offers accommodation in Bluff Beach. Located in a secluded area of Colon. Bocas Town is 5 km from the property. Free Wi-Fi is available. This is an absolute gem — I cannot recommend it enough! The most perfect location, great owners and staff, amazing homemade breakfast and cocktails. I stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave.

The eco-friendly B&B Dolphin Bay Hideaway features a wooden terrace with hammocks, plus garden and Dolphin Bay views. It is located on Cristobal Island, 20 minutes’ boat trip from Bocas del Toro. Not only was the Dolphin Bay Hideaway the most beautiful location we have stayed at in Bocas del Toro, but Brian and his team were also the most welcoming and attentive hosts we have met during our travels. The scenery is breathtaking, surrounded by rich nature and abundant wildlife, and the food was simply outstanding. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—like early morning coffee, the relaxed atmosphere of just spending time at the Hideaway, and the freedom to shape each day as we wished. Brian is a truly remarkable host: knowledgeable, generous with his time, always ready for a friendly chat, yet never intrusive. We left feeling not only rested and inspired, but also deeply grateful for such an unforgettable experience. The combination of the stunning location and Brian’s warm, engaging personality created the perfect mix for a memorable stay, leaving us not only rested and inspired, but also deeply grateful for such an unforgettable experience. We were Brian’s 3rd guests. He has done an exceptional job in remodeling the space w beautiful cabinetry, furniture amd appliances. It’s quiet and spacious, a $4-5 taxi ride from downtown.

We visited Panama for the second time, and once again, we absolutely loved it. While looking for a beautiful place to stay, we came across this little hidden gem 💍– and what a find it was! Arrival & Welcome We were picked up by a private boat and warmly welcomed. The boat ride took around 45 minutes and was truly enjoyable. Along the way, we received interesting information about the surrounding islands – and even spotted dolphins! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome cocktail before our first meal. Such a lovely touch!☀️😍 Room The room was spacious and very comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of bathrooms throughout Panama, and many of them lack a proper shower. But here – the shower was fantastic! Great water pressure and lovely hot water – such a treat. :) Breakfast Breakfast was amazing. The host really listened to our preferences, and I was thrilled to have my fried egg every morning – along with fresh fruit and avocado. A perfect start to the day! Lunch Lunch was absolutely delicious – we had shrimp with coconut rice and plantains. A real taste of local cuisine that felt authentic and lovingly prepared. Dinner The highlight of our meals was definitely pizza night on our last evening! It was such a fun, communal experience with homemade pizza in creative and tasty varieties. So cool – and honestly, unforgettable. Surroundings The water around the property was crystal clear – it felt like swimming in a private aquarium. We saw a small shark, a stingray, colorful fish, and more – all right in front of our room. I’m usually a bit hesitant in the water, but here, I felt completely safe and at ease. The trees, the light, the tranquility – I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Truly one of my personal highlights – such peace and connection with nature. Activities The hosts’ children were incredibly kind and welcoming.
