The accommodation was modern and spacious, with a lovely communal area perfect for relaxing. The location was fantastic — peaceful and well-situated, with the bonus of a small private beach. We really appreciated the use of the kayaks and bikes, as well as the convenient laundry service. Most of all, Tepairu was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. We’d love to come back again. Pension Irivai appartement PUATOU 1 chambre bord de mer se encuentra en Uturoa y ofrece restaurante y bar. The property was beautiful and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast for a fee which were amazing! We only stayed one night which was too short!

"A Perfect Stay at Fare Mirimiri!" We had a wonderful stay at Fare Mirimiri. Perched on a hillside with breathtaking views, this guesthouse offers the perfect setting to relax and soak in the beauty of Raiatea. We arrived at the Apooiti Marina in Raiatea after a week of sailing, we were of course expecting to wait a few minutes, but Cathy, the owner, was already there to meet us. From the moment we got in the car, she made us feel very welcome. When we arrived at the guesthouse, we felt like we were in paradise. The house, surrounded by nature, is tucked away on a hill with breathtaking views. Every room offers a spectacular view. Cathy was simply amazing. Her kindness and generosity made our stay truly special. We arrived just before sunset, and I thought it would be nice to have an apero on the balcony and enjoy the view, but of course, we didn’t have anything to drink. I asked Cathy if we could perhaps buy a beer from her, but she didn’t think she had any. BUT a few minutes later she came back and gave us two beers. This is what I mean by generosity! The house was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful place with a welcoming atmosphere and stunning scenery, Fare Mirimiri is the ideal spot. We would go back in a heartbeat!

The Fare is private, spacious, beautiful, and well appointed in a traditional architectural style. Surrounded by lush vegetation. It’s an inside-outside setup that truly connects you to nature and the environment (yes, bugs and all but with everything you need to protect yourself). One the highlight of the stay is the wonderful host, Manutea, who shares his passion for the island and his knowledge of Raiatea, and will truly make you feel at home. Like almost all properties in French Polynesia, it sits next to the water edge and next to the main (only) road but traffic is light. You need a car and the host Manutea provided one at a very competitive rate including airport pick-up and drop off at no extra cost. It is a wonderful place to relax, sit on the porch and enjoy a slower pace. Forget your phone, social media or TV. This is not the place for it. The new family member, Bali the cat, will provide you with all the entertaining you need.
