Every morning, the host greeted us with a fresh baguette and fruits from their garden. The Wi-Fi is strong and absolute stable. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We could use their bicycles anytime. Transport from and to the airport was also arranged.

Sophie (owner of the lodge who also runs it) was very helpful and an amazing host, nothing was a hassle for her. She organised for us last minute an amazing tour, which everyone else seemed to say no to. It was the best tour we’ve been on in a long time! Dinner is on a long table which makes it a nice family style. There are bikes for guests to use and paddle/kayaks all complimentary which was very nice. The beach in front of the lodge is small and we had it all to ourselves (everyone was out on excursions) which made it feel like we were in our own private little area. Thank you for the experience you have created for us!

Va'a i te Moana está equipado con bicicletas gratis, terraza y wifi gratis, y está en Avatoru. Algunas unidades tienen balcón y/o patio con vistas al mar o al jardín. Además de las habitaciones amplias, tenia buena señal de wifi, Cinthia , encargada de la administración me escribió antes para enviar al taxi a recogerme igualmente me apoyo con un tour a la blue lagoon y el acuario, altamente recomendable

El Hotel Kia Ora Resort & Spa alberga un centro de spa y un centro de fitness y se encuentra en Avatoru, en la parte noroeste de la región de Rangiroa, a 1 hora en avión de las islas de Tahití y de... We stayed in the overwater bungalow and it was fabulous. Clean, comfortable bungalow with a breathtaking view. So fun swimming off our private dock (careful at night though, we spotted a shark!). The rainshower was amazing and the bath products, so luxurious. We appreciate that the resort was smaller than others in Polynesia and not overcrowded. We liked the complimentary access to snorkeling gear and kayaks. We went scuba diving with Blue Velvet (by The 6 Passengers) located on the premises. Food was great, the buffet for the Polynesian show night was yummy! Also, if you want to stay longer after check out, they offer a “transit” bungalow to shower in. It is a pricey stay but worth it for a special occasion!

Rangiroa Bliss is as off-the-grid as you can get. "High-style" local Polynesian bungalows. Rainwater for the showers and toilets, bring your own drinking water, and solar electric (that worked most of the time). Fans and sea breezes, no A/C. No WiFi, "two-bar" cellular. Good for email, marginal for the internet. There is a "road" to "town" but it doesn't connect to the road from the airport. On a busy day, maybe six cars went by. You want to escape traffic, this is the place. Boats are how you get around. Snorkeling and kayaking right off the beach of our bungalow. Excursions to places around the atol come right to your deck to pick you up. There are some cool adventures, do them. Ilona, the host, is an excellent cook. Polynesian comfort food. Take the meal plan. Bring your own alcohol and snacks for lunch. Easy to get a taxi to the local grocery store from the airport when you arrive, if you ask. Then, taxi will take you to the boat that shuttles you to the place. Our cup of tea, we loved it. Your mileage may differ.

HINAMOE LODGE dispone de jardín, zona de playa privada, salón de uso común y terraza en Avatoru. A trip to French Polynesia, specifically to Rangiroa, was the trip of a lifetime for me. I had studied and researched it dozens of times before departure. I found this property on Google Maps, though information was scarce. I chose it primarily for its location - close to the ocean and not far from Tiputa Pass. I found paradise. And I wasn't expecting it. Paradise is, first and foremost, the family that hosted me: Christian and his wife. Two exceptional people - kind, welcoming, but never intrusive. They opened recently and are pouring all their energy and savings into growing this property. Currently 5 rooms right on the lagoon, with a private beach adjacent to the famous Kia Ora hotel. See my attached photos. Please note: the room is simple, Polynesian-style. If you want five-star luxury, this is NOT the place for you. But it has everything you need and more - air conditioning (extremely rare in lodges), microwave, fresh drinking water, refrigerator, etc. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom simple but functional with hot water available 24/7. With only 5 rooms, it's likely difficult to find availability. In my opinion, write directly to Christian - I think he'll help you book. On Sundays in Rangiroa, everything is closed - supermarkets, restaurants. I didn't know this. I asked the owners for advice. Shortly after, they appeared with a tray containing a wonderful two-course lunch. I had to insist on contributing to the cost. Rangiroa is wonderful. But it's thanks to Hinamoe Lodge that it became a dream.
