Instantly, I felt a very friendly and genuine place with great decor, local touches and high-end finishes. Great balcony with a View for breakfast/coffee. Room was really well thought out with views and shuttered windows. Secure parking inside gates and well sign posted. Tahir had good advice and can arrange much more than just a roof overhead.

The owners and staff are all young, open and super friendly. The atmosphere is totally hospitable and we felt like home. Syed and his brothers do a great job and we had very interesting conversations. They are all very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, everything is very clean. They even installed new air conditioners. The accommodation has a quiet garden as well as a roof terrace from which you have a super view. There is also a lounge where you can get in touch with other guests and the staff. Drinking water can be filled from a container at any time. We had breakfast and dinner at the accommodation, everything was always delicious and the price was very good. We were also especially pleased with the great dog Snoopy. She is insanely sweet and is very happy about petting. Thank you very much for the great time with you, we will be very happy to come back!

To welcome us they beautifully decorated our room and left a very cute message for us it was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was outstanding and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from our window was truly beautiful. We felt very well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

Best view of Nanaga Parbat and a stunning private lack.. it was heavenly and exclusive place. I was offered free paddle boating by hotel which was great fun.
