The owner was reachable and tried to help with what we weren't happy with, even though her solution didn't turn out the way we expected (she ended up offering to move us to another house just 3 minutes away which initially seemed like a good idea and ended up not being the case), we still appreciate the effort and the fact that she was responsive when we reached out.
