To make our stay even more magical, we were greeted by snowfall on the night of our arrival, adding a special charm to our trip. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Boris, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and personal touch in assisting us were truly commendable. On the night we arrived, it was quite late, and the in-house restaurant was closed. Unsure of where to find a nearby restaurant, we reached out to him, and he not only helped us order food but also personally delivered it to our room. The next morning, he ensured that our breakfast was well arranged, showing great attention to detail and care. His dedication to guest satisfaction goes far beyond professional duty, reflecting a genuine passion for hospitality. It is rare to find such exceptional service, and we are truly grateful for his efforts. Overall, All Seasons Residence Apartment provided us with a memorable and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zlatibor. We would definitely love to return!

El A Hoteli - Grand&Sky Hotel Tornik es un hotel de 5 estrellas que ofrece habitaciones y suites de lujo y un gran centro de spa y bienestar con 2 piscinas cubiertas, bañera de hidromasaje, hammam,... Everything, the pool and spa complex was fantastic. We especially loved the kids area in the pool with the water slides! As well as the kids play area, both inside and outside. The staff was very accommodating and took care of all of our needs.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Borova! All the rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect - close to the city center yet peaceful and relaxing. The wellness and spa facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. I accidentally left a tiny earring in the room, and the team was able to find it - really appreciate their care. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Vila Borova to anyone visiting Zlatibor.
