The security was always present and helped with taxis and loading luggage. The whole building was spotless and well taken care of. I had a refrigerator issue that was taken care of quickly.

The room we slept in was a good place to rest after a whole day of walking around the city, but we also gladly slipped out of it to one of the many atmospheric terraces. The bed was comfortable, the room relatively quiet - there is a large tree full of birds outside the window, so they made some nice noise, but they allowed us to take a closer look at several local bird species (black kite, weaver, magpie ravens), so already at the hotel you can feel like you are on safari. We started each day with a delicious breakfast, making friends with the dogs and turtles living on the hotel premises. The place is also a gallery, so the traveler is surrounded by art - you can even look at the work of an artist who has his workshop in one of the courtyards. Only one night, the hotel is modern, in a quiet part of town near many of the city's embassies, not a lot of shopping or restaurants close but the hotel dining room was good. Staff was wonderful, room was large and clean.
