We stayed 1 night. Everything was brand new. Probably we were the first customers of the that room. I stayed with my friend. We made check in early, they dont make this a problem. We took the keys from the box that stands near the door with password. When we making checkout, I left the payment and the key to inside of the same box. We didn't encounter with any problem.

Hotel Hiserra is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The location couldn't be better; it's right between the stone bridge, the Sinan Pasha mosque and the fortress, and slightly uphill. This gave me a great view over the town from my twin bed room, and also it's nice and quiet at night. I'm also very positive about the staff, who treat you as their personal guest, and also take good care of the neighbourhood cats.

The location is excellent, the apartment is big, very comfortable, and just a short walk to the city center and not far from the bus station. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the host was very kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here. A solid 10/10!

Amazing big balcony, which we loved. The apartment was really spacious, there was four of us and we had so much room! Two of the double bedrooms had en suites, which was fantastic. Great kitchen with all we could need. The host was really friendly and met us at the apartment, great communication before and during our stay.
