Very nice location with a great view. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. They share things from their garden, provide information about the area and are just generally very nice people. You can lounge in the backyard. They have bunnies you can feed. There are bikes you can take to ride around. There are two ski jumping slopes nearby, we even got to see a training session which was nice. It’s a 30 min drive to Logarska Dolina. You can also bike around the area quite easily.

Štiftar house is the perfect place to stay to discover the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the view from the window was stunning, breakfast was also great and an added bonus was that we were able to bring our dog along. There is easy parking right next to the house. I have to call out Katja’s flexibility and hospitality, she is an amazing host. It looked like a great place for families too. I would definitely stay here again.

A very nice place in a beautiful nature with a mountain view. Ideal location, near the lake with easy approach from main road. The whole atmosphere is like a farm, with homemade food, many different animals that are completely used to people and small children.

Best accomodation we had in Slovenia so far. The house is at the farm, near the river, the surroundings are very nice. The location is 20-25 minutes by car from the scenic valleys (Logarska dolina, Robanov kot). Wonderful breakfast and outstanding dinner with traditional slovenian dishes. Exceeded our expectations and we totally recommend it!
