Wow I have stayed in an Ibis before and this branch exceeded expectations. The staff were lovely and helped me with all that I needed including extra pillows, travel adapter and water refills. They put us on a quiet floor as we have a prolonged stay. Myself and my sister had the BEST stay and they kept our room SUPER clean. LOVED OUR STAY. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND.

Lovely rustic like hotel in Basel. Location is great as its got a tram stop right at front and its walking distance to the main old Basel town. The hotel provides you with a tram pass so that's helpful. The courtyard at front is beautiful and well kept. Not that family friendly and best suited for couples or business travel. The rooms had character.

Location is ideal for easy access into Baden if you want family stay. Bus stop is next to parking area, making it ideal to travel. Local farms with live cattle in near sight of hotel to enjoy country feel.

simply but functionally furnished rooms with nice lighting. A wonderful shower and clean towels that were replaced daily. A very extensive breakfast buffet with delicious emmental cheese, eggs, farmer's bread and delicious coffee. The hotel was easily accessible by public transport. Only two tram stops from the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the luggage could be stored.

everything it is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. the staff were wonderful, the setting beautiful and the food at the rustic restaurant was excellent. Robert from the restaurant was our highlight- thank you for such a wonderful evening
