The farm stay has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. This is without a doubt the best stay we have had in Italy. It ticks all the boxes. Staff are lovely, pleasant and hospitable. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless. The cherry on top is the breakfast, which consists of local produce that cannot be missed. We will be back! :)

Agriturismo Rini is committed to preserving the tradition and lifestyle of farming. It offers Alpine-style accommodation and organic food, just 900 metres from the Bormio 2000 ski lifts. A free shuttle is available to the ski lift upon request. The staff was super friendly, specially the waitress at breakfast, she was so accomodating! She made the best coffee. The morning cleaning crew was also SO SO nice, they even knew my dog by name! The breakfast was perfect, it's nice and quiet, with calming music in the background, perfect way to wake up in the morning, while also overlooking the mountains in the background as their dining area has big windows. The overall deco of the hotel was absolutely perfect, lots of wood everywhere, very tasteful, extremely cosy, super clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The food is made with local products and it's absolutely delicious, highly recommend having dinner at their restaurant! If you get half-board, they also make a salad buffet available (if not half board, you can also have access to it for just €10). They have many gluten-free options, which is also appreciated, specially when you go higher altitudes, it helps with digestion! In terms of location, we couldn't wish for better, especially when traveling with a dog. There's plenty of green fields all around, it's a car-free area, and there's a gorgeous walk all along the river which starts right at the hotel, so you can go for long walks with your dog. It's also walking distance from the city centre, but without all the stress and noise. There's a big supermarket just a few minutes around the corner. The beds felt like they were brand new, super comfortable, two pillows (soft vs harder) to choose from, spacious rooms, very cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Well designed and included beautiful wood : there was a kitchen and eating area guests Citis use which was great for self catering. The breakfast was very generous inv bacon and eggs which was appreciated.

An Italian breakfast is available at the farm stay. The family-friendly restaurant at Agriturismo La Ca' Vegia serves Italian cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. Very nice agriturismo. On a farm with cows and calves, also a few cute and friendly dogs, some chickens, etc. It was alfalfa cutting time while we were there, and they were hard at work cutting the hay. It is a real working dairy farm and you can walk around to see the cows. There are several bikes of different sizes that you can use there to explore. The view of the surrounding mountains is just spectacular. There are chaise lounges where you can lay and just look at the mountains. The breakfast is huge and fresh and amazing--coffees and tea, yogurt (fresh from the farm, apple cake, cookies, fruit, fresh juice, cooked egg, cereals, bread, jam, butter, etc, all on your table for you. Room was comfortable and shower was nice. The building where we slept/ate is a historical postal stop from an era ago, I think for Italy/Switzerland. There are several rooms with historical artifacts and photos. Very charming. You can buy their dairy products on site from a vending machine (milk, yogurt, desserts, etc.), or also in town. Very easy check-in/check-out procedures. Short drive to Lake Como or Chiavenna. Also easy to access St. Mortiz, if you want.
