Amazing venue with an infinity pool and incredible views. You can easily spend a view days there enjoying the various activities offered by the hotel, which include hikes in the area, massages and visits to the famous finca Victoria, one of Colombia's oldest coffee farms. The reception staff was very helpful.
Daniel and Hannah were so wonderful. This is a beautiful sanctuary up in the mountains on a coffee farm. The road getting there is paved until the very end, but they offered to pick us up if our car can’t make it up the last five minutes . The views are stunning, we saw toucans right from our house. There’s a beautiful waterfall on the property. They also offered a very reasonably priced meal, which was an incredible experience. We were vegan and they were able to accommodate this easily. Highly recommend this place.
The hostel is beautifully situated in the jungle. Getting there is the first adventure as you have to cross a hanging btidge and four small streams. I loved the pool and the chill areas. You can win an upgrade to unused private rooms every night by buying a cocktail. I loved the toilets with the view and the rustic showers. Definetly recommend this place!
Really enjoyed watching all the birds from our balcony. We saw two Tucans on our final morning. Beautiful scenery. The food was excellent and not too expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting the coffee farm and visiting the little bar where you could buy their craft beers and drink overlooking the farm. We loved bird watching with David. He had good knowledge and also had very good equipment for us to use. I would recommend the activity.
Really charming and rustic place with great taste. The entire place was very calm with amazing views over the lush valley towards Santa Marta. The perfect place for a sunset drink and some birdwatching!! The quiet, peaceful location makes the uphill walk from minca village worth it.
We loved this absolutely gorgeous resort! The room, grounds, pool and restaurant are top-notch, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We felt so relaxed and pampered! The amazing excursion to "Finca la Fortuna" (cacao farm) was the best tour we've every been on - so interesting and fun! We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Senda Koguiwa!
totally chèvre!! Fantastic communication, Helped us out with a last minute change request. The host (yohlandy) is super hospitable and had a coffee waiting for us in the morn :) This place is a beach hut that directly leads onto the beach, so yes it has a rustic charm. plenty of hammocks upstairs and sun loungers out the front, lots of space to chill and enjoy beach life . Great value for money.
Located in the jungle, very peaceful vibe, lots of activities to do in the area e.g. waterfall, cacao farm (highly recommend) with some free at the hostel (yoga, dance etc.), 3 pools to choose from to relax at and always a fire made for night. Beds are comfortable and have Mosquito net.
