Delightful B&B in a farmhouse dating to 1793 in a tiny village on the Doubs. Very nice owner who was very helpful. Large room with large bath. Secure bicycle storage in locked room. Very nice breakfast.

Fantastic house with a great soul and great owner! All was in the rustical style but nothing from the presence was missing. Lots of wood, quiet and then a nice breakfast in the morning. No TV in the room!! I loved it, this short stay took me back in time.

Excellent restaurant - we had such a high quality meal. Bedroom was good, with really comfortable mattress. Modern bathroom with good shower. Really nice rural location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Look forward to returning

This small hotel is a real find. It is located in a quiet rural area, with nice views of the lake. The hotel has a lovely "homey" feel to it -- a French translation might be "en famille". Staff, though always very busy, were approachable, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (do French hotels ever do bad food?) We enjoyed our stay there as much as we did in others that cost 3 times as much.

Ornans is a beautiful town. We stayed 7 nights and visited the region which is gorgeous. The house is very near downtown and has all you need to spend a wonderful time, including reading by the edge of the river. Sonia is a very warm and attentive host. She gave us a lot of good advice for the stay. Do not hesitate to stay here for a visit to Franche-Comté!

The description made it sound like it was an old farm style type of stay, but it was basically a very tired old motel. There was a swimming pool, but when we arrived it was full of local teenagers making use of it! The girl on reception was nice and helpful.
