Truly feels value for money ✨️ Checked-in at around 6pm and the staff was friendly. Essentials such as shower gels, shampoo, dental kit, towels, toilet slipper, extra blanket, tv and complimentary bottled water were available! There's also a cute little courtyard outside our room. Felt very cosy and nice, especially with the fairy lights at night. The room itself is really spacious and feels homely. Location is also good - near a mall if you need essentials (Guardian and Mr Diy), lots of eatery places nearby (we recommend Sate Abang which is less than 10 mins by foot) and the bus terminal is also nearby. Lots of parking space and you can rent a motorbike from them. Only downside for me personally was that the shower heater was not as strong and you can't adjust the temperature for the sink tap - we were freezing as it was raining when we were staying there! Also wished there was more pillows as there was only two - but these are minor flaws. All in all, would recommend this accoms if you are travelling to Cameron Highlands!

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the farm stay's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Lake side property with beautiful view, kitchens is big and well equipped. A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Cameron Highlands, Moonriver Lodge is a farm stay surrounded by views of the garden. The property features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and parking on-site among other facilities. This farm stay offers a shared lounge. The farm stay features mountain views, a children's playground, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We came here for the rafflesia kerrii trek, and the guides were very knowledgeable, keeping track of 120 or so locations where the rafflesias are so we're much more likely to see blooming rafflesia. The tour/trek even starts at the lodge, where the guide and driver picks you up. The tour is arranged by the lodge, and the price is reasonable if you compare and look up online. . The owner and staff were really helpful as well. We arrived without our own transportation (via taxi), so with that came with some unexpected logistical challenges, which were more our own fault for not being aware. The owner and staff tried to help us figure out our transport down the mountain, even considering sending us down with their weekly supplies driver. . Oh and they were pretty communicative pre-arrival too when we asked questions via WhatsApp. If you have the money and the rooms are available, spend literally a $2-3 bucks more for the queen bed room or bigger, don't book the cheapest room, there's more room to move around. We booked very last minute and in a hurry so I didn't notice, but it was still fine. . This is one of the perfect places to be in Lojing Highland if you're there for the rafflesia trek (and don't want to drive an hour up very twisty mountain early in the morning), or you just want to enjoy some peace and quiet and nature, AND you have your own transport.
