I had a superb experience at the hotel! It truly excels at creating an authentic local vibe with a relaxed luxury ambiance. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the personalized service. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant and the bar, including Robert, Dimitri, and the owner Gertrude, made us feel pampered and treated us like VIP guests at all times.

the location of the hotel for the gondola and to ski back was excellent. the breakfast was amazing they had everything you could think of hot and cold and nothing was to much trouble. evening meal every night was a different tasting menu which was fantastic none of us could fault it. the facilities and the spa was excellent the whole hotel has been designed from the ground up and everything has been though through.

We were with our 10 months old baby boy, everything was arrange incredible for us. I m with back problems , and i can tell , beds were very comfortable , We were on HB , everything was organized incredible . . The location is perfect . Was not the 1st time in this hotel, and I have to say it is one of the best hotel I've ever been. Beautiful hotel with style, excellent staff, good restaurant, very good location. For the guests may be important, the garage was very good as well
