Superb 5 star hotel and very friendly and helpful staff; managed to sign in for the hotel tour which was quite interesting and helpful to enjoy the hotel; the hotel has an array of food options; the sándwich shop and the Rundle Bar being the best in terms of quality of food. We also enjoyed a “mixology” course at the Rundle Bar which was a lot of fun and allowed us to interact with other guests. Highly recommended if you enjoy cocktails; the Rundle bar has quite a few of unique and interesting options

Scenery and location was exceptional. Staff very courteous and professional. Comfort and luxury. Food superb. French restaurant was excellent with fantastic waiters and service.
