Lovely location and friendly staff woth personality, which is nice to see in a large chain hotel. I thought the food and beverage prices were very reasonable too considering its location.

I enjoyed that the hotel was in what I would consider the quieter area of downtown Whistler, but still quite central with lots of great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks in easy walking distance. I was also happy about the underground parking in general, even though parking spots are very narrow. Having an EV charger in the same parking garage was a big plus! The room is (just) big enough for the pull-out couch and the pull-down bed to be used at the same time, and having separate sleeping arrangements were important to the two of us. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
