There could not be a better place for us as wine lovers. We tasted the wines, visited the excellent cellars and the wine shop where we had a 25% discount as guests. The walks in the beautiful garden and bike rides through the vineyards were wonderful. We can only recommend a stay in this special place with a rich history.

We loved this modern, stylish hotel and really happy we chose to stay here. Our room was spacious and was far better than the pictures of it. The bathroom was also big and modern and clean. Really good breakfast and very attentive staff in the hotel. Great location too.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

Excellent, unfortunately I had a very early departure, so I couldnt enjoy the breakfast buffet. I got a take away breakfast box, and got a bit more of what was ready at the buffet..But since it is an airport hotel, and you must be at the airport for international departure at least 3 hours before, the hotel should consider to open the buffet a bit earlier..My departure was at 9 am so I had to be a the airport at 6 am, and catching the shuttlebus at 05.30
