Rose, Ida & Juga were outstanding receptionists.
They were so,so accommodating & friendly.
Tina & housekeeping were excellent as were the two ladies at breakfast.
Loved the layed back Rong lake location.
The ambience of the hotel was outstandingly beautiful.
Wouldn't hesitate to rebook if visiting Guilin.

The view from the room was amazing. The location directly at the lake is beautiful and in the night the colorful lights are really beautiful. The breakfast was compared with the other breakfast. We had quite good don’t expect a five star European or an Arabic breakfast.
We don’t know why the comments on booking are so ambitious. We can only recommend this hotel and we have been staying in many hotels in China and all over the world.
