Spacious rooms, beautiful pool, gym and sauna room; fantastic team; delicious breakfast - there is no better spot in Larnaca

I liked everything, including breakfast and especially the staff.

I stayed for a week. The hotel is close to the Larnaca airport. We came for a relaxing recreation break and found everything we needed : good rooms; warm sea (though shallow, so one needs to walk to deep water); wonderfull stuff at the reception, in the bar and in the restaurant; jacuzi ouside .... We loved every minute of our stay and would like to return. One should not expect a 5star hotel leveling to top brands, but for price value for money is great.

This was a great experience to me and my sister. Alex was great and always look up for us and get us whatever we needed. It was my birthday and the manager brought us a bottle of wine. It was great experience and we will definitely revisit ❤️

We were traveling as a group of seven people: four adults, two teenagers and one child. Our hosts, Michael and Arzy, contacted us in beforehead and provided with all necesarry information. We arrived in the morning and were met by our host in the airport. This was a huge support, especially when traveling with kids. The house itself is located in a quite place. Michael and Arzy were very attentive and supportive. They offered to drive us to the supermarket as soon as we needed. Michael was very kind to buy a sim card for us. We were surprised to see fridge full of cold drinks and fresh juices as a present from the hosts. The house is equipped very well, we found everything we needed. The space (inside ans outside) was more than enough for us, one bedroom was left unoccupied, even when we did not go out, we had great time in the house: swimming in the pool (it was cleaned every morning), using hot tube, making BBQ, watching movies (TV screen is huge). Kids were having great time feeding cats who visited us. Michael and Arzy did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. At the end of it they even ordered a traditional dinner for our family. We would definetly recommend the location and woiud be glad to visit it again.

Rating: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place exceeded all expectations. The villa is located right on the seafront — just you and the endless horizon. Absolute silence, broken only by the sound of the waves, creates the feeling that time itself slows down. Photos cannot capture the true beauty and atmosphere of this place: the space, the light, the luxury so harmoniously blended with nature. Here you feel true seclusion and peace. Every detail is thought out to perfection, with comfort at the highest level. An ideal place to rest both body and soul, for those seeking beauty, tranquility, and unity with the sea. We will definitely come back again.
