The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel itself is a lovely quiet oasis to enter after the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also in an interesting area with dozens of small restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The room was equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was large and comfortable with a proper duvet. The bathroom held a high standard and also a spacious shower area. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. The distance to the subways stations (2 nearby) is also a short legstretch, and it doesn't take long to get to a number of the major sightseeing spots.

We picked the hotel purely for the close proximity to the trains. We were genuinely surprised at how amazing the hotel was. This is in a great location close to public transport, restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautiful and has a very nice restaurant and bar downstairs. They also have a rooftop bar with beautiful 360 views and we spent our first night there. The rooms are also spacious with views and a balcony. We were happy here.

The Hotel room is large, with a large and very comfortable bathroom. There is a shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, and a WC with a closing door inside the bathroom. The wardrobe area is separated from the bedroom space. It is a big hotel, with fast elevators. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean. The location is great, as you have nice bars and coffee places as well as shopping places around. Metro is just around the corner. The zoo is also very close. The location is great but the museum island, Dom, and the gates of the Brandenburg are at a distance. I would stay there for my next visit as well.
