Clean comfortable modern quirky and centrally located to Plaza Mayor and Sol precinct . Great breakfast and rooftop bar and the standout quality was the friendly professional staff interaction at all levels but a special shout out to young Pablo who assisted us with bags out of the area as our transfer driver was not prepared to drive to the hotel entry :(

It’s a beautiful hotel; grand but not opulently gaudy. Reception staff were so warm and welcoming. We were even offered a glass of champagne whilst we were checking in! I had booked a standard room but upon checking in was informed that we are getting a free upgrade to a premier room, what a lovely surprise! Our room on the ‘palace’ side was nicely decorated, very spacious. Bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. I literally ‘sank’ into the bed each night. Bathroom was big too, with two wash basins and a bath tub. Location wise, it was quite central. There were some very nice restaurants nearby and a metro was also very close by. We had booked a tour through Viator and were happy to find out that the meeting point was like 200m from the hotel. All in all we had a lovely 3-night stay, wished we had stayed longer. Next time…

It's very clean, posh boutique hotel with helpful staff. It's also near some important building with police which makes it feels very safe. Breakfast is usual European breakfast but very well made.
