We just loved this hotel so much! We were doing a road trip in Scotland, and this was our last night there, which was our wedding anniversary, and they were so kind to have a beautiful and special welcoming note with some delicious sweets for us in the room. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room facilities were fantastic, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, and very nice decor. Only good words for this beautiful hotel.

The location was absolutely fantastic, and I was really happy with the size of the apartment!

Located on Princes Street, The Balmoral has a 4 AA Rosette restaurant, a pool and a gym. Waverley Station and Edinburgh's main shopping area are within 5 minutes' walk.

My son Max and I had a magical stay at The Balmoral. The staff were just wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay extra special for Max (age 9). Our trip to Edinburgh was a special treat because he's a huge Harry Potter fan. He absolutely loved Edinburgh and all it's Potter lore but the stay in the Balmoral was by far the highlight of his trip because of how kind everyone was to us (as well as it being a beautiful luxurious hotel of course).

The room at 21212 was absolutely perfect. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided many thoughtful services for guests. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Edinburgh!
