The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Tornıke, who worked in the restaurant, helped us a lot with all our food choices. I would also like to thank Mrs. Tamari who helped us throughout our stay. The ambiance and facilities of the hotel are great. The location is very nice.

Very nice hotel, beautiful scenery, excellent service, wonderful welcome, especially from Christina at the reception, and also the restaurant with delicious Georgian food. The rooms are nice, but they do not have AC conditioning because of the cold weather in Gudauri. The mountains view is breathtaking I recommend this hotel.

Excellent property located immediately on the skiing slope Pirveli. Guests can literally enter the hotel on ski or snowbord immediatelly from the slope. Fantastic access to skiing infrastructure. Lockers are provided to store the equipment. Ski Rental location is at the parking. Excellent spa with outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swiming pool. Overall good brekfast and good food quality in the restaraunt.

This is my second time at Rooms Kazbegi. To talk about this hotel is never enough and would never do it justice. It is a whole heaven itself at the heart of the magnificent Kazbeg mountains. The experience you get there is just out of this world. I would come back again and again. Everything was super amazing.

It was a gorgeous experience. 10/10 Modern and comfortable. My family and I stayed at the hotel and all of us was absolutely happy about our choice. I hope I’ll be able to stay there at winter time, I think it would be even better. View from the big windows is really on point.
