This is by far the most amazing 5-star hotel i've ever stayed in. The service, the food, the room, all amazing. Even the music at breakfast and in the elevator are enhancing the experience. The staff is very good trained and hospitable. I had a personal contact for the guest experience, name Priya, who made sure we got a A+ experience. Very gratefull to her, the staff and the hotel. It made my husband's birthday extra special. Don't forget to enjoy a nice rooftop diner by night. Amazing experience also.

My staying at Four Seasons was truly memorable! The hotel was really top notch, also compared to other luxury facilities throughout South India. It combines effectively antique and modern stylish elements, both in common spaces and in the room, which was large, comfy, and charming. The real strenght, though, was the cooking: both breakfast and (especially) dinner offered varied buffet featuring at least five-six different culinary traditions (Indian and international), with really top-quality dishes. We could not have asked for anything more!

Stayed recently for four nights at the hotel, since we were looking to move to that region. The staff everywhere - the reception, the cleaning professionals, the restaurant staff went above and beyond, to make sure we felt welcome, cared for and had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. Room cleaning was spotless. And the breakfast buffet spread and the personal care and attention by the Chef totally won us over!! Our stay at the Oberoi Bengaluru was exceptional. We had spent a month travelling in various countries and wanted to stay somewhere special for the last few days of our trip but the Oberoi went well beyond our expectations. The staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and professional. We stayed in a luxury room and it was comfortable, beautifully decorated and well thought-out. The view over the lovely gardens and pool was a joy. The food at the Oberoi is outstanding - we had breakfast, one evening meal at Lapis (kudos to Mohar, we told him what kinds of foods we enjoyed most in India and he put together a beautiful selection of dishes for), and the Thai food was delicious. The Thai restaurant was fully booked on Saturday night but Mohar ensured we were able to enjoy a wonderful Thai meal on the garden terrace, and looked after us even though it was a really busy night. Breakfast has to be seen to be believed, it's the best we've enjoyed anywhere. And service in the Polo Club bar was great, we enjoyed having leisurely drinks on the outdoor terrace and chatting with the brilliant bar manager after a hectic day in the city. One thing that really stood out for us at this hotel was that staff took time to have a chat, and we enjoyed some interesting conversations with them, something quite rare in luxury hotel chains.
