The breakfast was wonderful with an excellent wait staff. Choices were varied and great. The rooms were large -one was a double size-very elegant and impressive. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very elegant. Bathroom was sumptuous. The location could not have been better.....close to everything with many fine restaurants in the area.

A recently renovated property, ZA HOUSE is located in Palermo near Palermo Cathedral, Fontana Pretoria and Teatro Massimo.

We arrived late, hence Dario, the host came to the airport to pick up us. We were really happy with his warm welcoming and friendly attitude. In addition he also brought us to a local street food place and welcomed us. He also showed us a couple of attractions around the apartman and he was also constantly online through whatsup and recommended us some further top sights and restaurants. I recommend to take his suggestions as he is a true local and know where you should go to have a good Palermo experience. Furthermore, de apartman was really clean, well set up, with a good location, near to the historic city center but not in the noisy middle. If we came back we would stay at Dario again.
