My son and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We loved the complementary massage - my son ADORED his chocolate massage! A big thank you to the reception team, spa staff, and room service for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel's location amidst lemon and orange fields was beautiful, and we enjoyed easy access to Syracuse while still feeling like we were at a resort. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor pool later in the season

Quiet and beautiful with the most wonderful staff !! We were looked after so well and they also organised an electric bike for me from a fantastic company who delivered and picked up the bike at incredibly cheap prices !

The room was very beautiful. It was a great value for the money. The bathroom was lovely and very functional. The views of Siracusa Bay were excellent.

The Ortea Palace is a real luxury hotel. Everything you expect from a five star hotel. Mrs. Anna received us at the reception with a big smile and was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable and the view from the big balcony amazing.

Offering a rooftop terrace and glass elevator with sea views, the Grand Hotel is next to the main harbour and a 5-minute walk from the Aretusa Fountain.

ALL the staff was exceptional in every way. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice variety of European & American... View from the roof restaurant & terrace is a wonderful combination of harbor and view of the historic rooftops. Location was super.
