The staff is very polite, always ready to help, the beautiful and really very cozy territory of the hotel, there are heated pools and hot Jacuzzis, a beautiful beach with access to the Dead Sea, delicious, fresh and varied breakfast, there is free parking, wi-fi worked well, and even free drinks were offered in the room. The hotel also offers free chocolate and sweets in the Happy Hour, and an evening show. We were comfortable and nothing spoiled our vacation, thanks Movenpick!

The room was specious, very clean and quite. The breakfast was very rich with great choice of dishes and super service. As for the pools, they were clean, quite with a superb view to the dead sea. The best of all is the Lebanese Restaurant which was amazing with excellent and super high quality dishes and service. The smiling Chef Abou-Elias, the friendly Maitre Mousa and his assistant Bajes treated us and the other guests like kings. An experience that we will not forget at all!

This place is gorgeous and the servise is fantastic! Booked in the beginning of our trip for a bit of relaxation and it was perfect for it. The interior design of the hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very warm and welcoming and the views from the hotel are fantastic. I would also recomend eating dinner here - a lot of local dishes and wine to choose from. There was also some live music that made the dinner even more special. Breakfast was very good with a lovely view to the waterfalls.
