Loved the decor and 5 star feel. Staff helpful. English excellent. Very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Location close to Market and castle/kenrokuen. Easy walk to Geisha and Samuari districts. Station shuttle service.

Very spacious and clean room. It is a truly 5 star hotel. Beautiful gardens. Incredible breakfast and location cannot be better. Highly recommend this hotel

This a very elegant property. Our king room was large and spotless, it could accommodate comfortably 3 people. We loved the design, the colours, the details that make this a worthy 5-star property. We were very happy with the mix of Japanese and Western breakfast, both in terms of variety and quality. Fast self checkout was appreciated, as we had to run for the train (btw, despite being next to the station, the hotel is very quiet). Overall we loved this hotel and we would definitely choose Hyatt Centric again for our next Kanazawa trip.
