If you wish to immerse yourself in a true Japanese experience then this is the hotel for you. Everyone walks around in their Japanese pjs, no shoes allowed inside and the onsen is wonderful - especially the private one. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are also icecreams, beef skewers and ramen as treats! We loved our experience

Luxury ryokan Large room with huge traditional breakfast. The location is further than expect but they do provide shuttle bus. The Onsen is so good the private one no charge and the public one are huge and there are many baths to choose. Amenities are all well prepared. Also provide free ice cream and drinks for relaxation. The noodles on late snack is superb!

The room is brand new hence everything was really nice. Easy to get in and out using the codes provided despite having no staff on site at the property. The staff was really helpful though as I had a luggage delivered to the property and they ensured that my luggage was in the room waiting for me even before I checked in. The staff (whom I contacted via email) also helped us make a dinner reservation in the nearby restaurant as the restaurant staff spoke very minimal English. Overall brilliant!! Five stars!
