Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later.
