Beautiful location next to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to doorman. It was my friend’s birthday and they prepared a small cake for us and to celebrate our reunion. The spa facilities are very comfortable and the food for buffet breakfast is exceptional! We wish we could stay longer! Amazing butler service!

We love Rixos Hotels in Dubai, Almaty and Aktau but never stayed in the one in Astana. Loved this hotel as well. Got upgraded this time around and loved the presidential suite. + lovely ladies at the reception especially Assel who helped checking us in + cosy and comfortable beds + atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is so relaxing, quiet and friendly

Not first time in this hotel. Very nice location close to good restaurants and clubs. Good service: after last stay special thanks to Yernan, assitent of front office manager for his help. Very nice breakfast: even with kumis (fermented horse milk).
